3. Photographs of Staged Properties

We photograph and record video of the properties we stage or design, before, during, and after our work. We use these images in our portfolio, on the Website and social media, in proposals, and in other marketing materials. We take care to keep personal belongings, family photos, documents, and similar personal items out of the frame, and we do not publish the name of a homeowner or occupant without permission. We may describe a project by its city, neighborhood, or general area.

If you would like an image of your property removed from our Website or social media pages, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it. Our right to use these images is also described in our Terms and Conditions and in your service agreement.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below:

6. Cookies and Website Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Our website and its hosting and security services may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functions. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some website features may not work properly.

We do not currently use Google Analytics. We have prepared the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this website. When enabled, it records page visits to help measure advertising performance and build advertising audiences. Meta may use first-party and third-party cookies and receive information about your website activity and browser or device in connection with those visits. Meta handles information it receives under its own Privacy Policy.

You can manage cookies through your browser and review Meta’s Activity from other businesses controls to manage how Meta uses activity shared by businesses for personalization. These controls do not necessarily prevent a website from sending information to Meta.

External links and embedded content, where present, may be subject to the provider’s own privacy practices. Please review the relevant provider’s policy before interacting with those services.

7. Email Communications

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter and marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send you service messages about a project, quote, or invoice.

You may ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information you gave us or that we obtained about you;
  • stop sending you marketing emails or text messages; and
  • request any available choices concerning the use of your information for targeted advertising.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We have not set a fixed retention period for inquiry and subscriber information. We may retain it while it remains relevant to an inquiry, client relationship, or email subscription, and as needed for business, tax, and accounting records, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. You can unsubscribe or request deletion as described above, subject to information we are permitted or required to keep. We use property access codes only for the related project and do not keep them longer than that project requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

10. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, such as access controls, password-protected accounts, and reputable service providers, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information through our contact form or by email. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
